In Susan’s consulting work she leverages her nearly four-decade career at Prudential. At Prudential she managed a thriving $130+ billion group annuity and international reinsurance business by understanding all the moving pieces and how all the centers of excellence needed to work together to honor the promises made to Prudential’s clients. The centers of excellence that supported the business included operations, transaction management, pricing, reserve valuation, risk management, compliance, law, contracts, relationship management, financial reporting and issues management.
Since Susan’s retirement from Prudential, she combines her consulting work with volunteer work that addresses systemic inequities and helps those who are in need. Susan serves as the board secretary of the Boys and Girls Club of Union County. In her work with the Boys and Girls Club she aids the Club by ensuring that the Club prepares its members to graduate on time with a plan for the future. Susan also serves as the board secretary of the Boys and Girls Clubs in New Jersey, the network of twenty-two local Clubs serving more than 70,000 youth across the state. Other organizations Susan provides volunteer services to are the Interfaith Food Pantry and Halos for Angels.
